Born and raised in El Paso, Texas Alondra developed a strong sense of discipline, accountability, and academic commitment from an early age. She attended St. Patrick Cathedral School from elementary through middle school, where she was grounded in structure, personal responsibility, and academic rigor. She later continued her education at Loretto Academy for high school, an experience that further strengthened her leadership abilities and commitment to excellence — qualities that continue to define her professional approach today.
Alondra is currently a Business Development & Wealth Management Intern at Stratos Investments of OneSeven, where she supports client engagement initiatives and contributes to business development efforts, including prospect research and strategic relationship expansion. She plays an active role in identifying opportunities to strengthen the firm’s network while assisting with client support and operational coordination.
She is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Banking and Institutions under the College of Business Administration (COBA) at The University of Texas at El Paso, along with a minor in International Business.
Her academic training focuses on understanding financial markets, evaluating investments, managing risk, and applying long-term investment strategies. Prior to joining Stratos Investments of OneSeven, Alondra gained professional experience in administrative and operational roles where she developed exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong client communication abilities.
At Stratos she works directly alongside Portfolio Manager Bernard K. Semon, gaining valuable exposure to portfolio construction, market research, and long-term investment strategy. Learning under an experienced advisor with decades of market expertise provides her with a strong foundation in disciplined investment thinking and strategic wealth management. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Alondra is committed to serving the diverse El Paso community and expanding access to thoughtful financial guidance. As she continues advancing within the industry, she remains focused on professionalism, integrity, and building trusted relationships that support sustainable, generational wealth.
